Stephen Arnold-Ayison is the ( C.E.O) of PROPERTYSHIP INVESTMENT a real estate agency and a Ghanaian by birth residing in the city of Accra, Ghana.
After completing his secondary education at the Ebenezer Secondary School majored in the Science Subjects.
In the year 2003 attended Christian Leadership College, studied Biblical Studies and obtained a Certificate in the course with 3 awards In 3 subjects.
In the year 2004 he attended International Theological Seminary Sarasota ,USA ( Ghana Campus) in Accra now known as College of Counseling and Psychology. He studied Faith Based Counseling and Psychology and obtained a Diploma Certificate.
In the year 2018 attended Accra Business School and studied Leadership Course in a Mini MBA programme.
Stephen Arnold-Ayison started training in video production and professional photography 2 year prior to graduation of his secondary education.
After graduation ceremony started full-time in video production and photography which helped him gain knowledge and experience over the years.
Dedicated covering for client at various events in the Capital city , other Regional cities as well as working with tour companies who have tourist from the USA from 1998 to 2000 . Making video production for the tourist of all interesting places they visited by covering the tour, editing and making video cassette copies for them at a price.
His passion as a real estate agent was realised in the year 2000 after his brother who was living in the USA ask him to scout for an apartment unit to rent in the city of Accra when visited.
With his past experience of good knowledge of the capital city was able to make it.
After which he started getting clients for various requests for rentals, lease,and sales of commercial and residential properties.
In the year 2013 he had a 2 years sole contract with a multi national sports betting company called Safaribet( Africa Gaming & Entertainment Limited under the Chairmanship of Halit a Turkish Multi millionaire and his Managing Director Mr. Arslan to scout and secure shops for the company in Accra and other Regional cities of Ghana which he did getting them over 35 shops before appointment of the company’s Regional managers to take over and expand branches.
In the subsequent Years 2015 when Mr Arslan became the C.E.O of Soccerbet. the best Sports betting company in Ghana as at now.
Stephen Arnold-Ayison got another 2 years sole contract to scout and secure shops for the company in all the Regional cities starting from the capital city Accra. Which he delivered to them also over 40 shops through out the country before Regional managers were appointed to take over and expand their business of opening new shops.
Stephen Arnold-Ayison working etiquette of hard work,Faith,attention to detail, positive attitude and outstanding client service have help many hundreds of his client find their dream properties to rent, lease and purchased.
